Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to join our care team. Interview residents, collect food preferences, and complete the Resident Food Profile to support personalized nutrition.

Update tray card data with residents' preferences, refer nutrition issues to the Dietician, and maintain accurate records. Bachelor's degree in Dietetics (Licensure), Food Handler's Permit, strong organizational skills, and independent work ability required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or licensure required.
• Food Handler's Permit is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences to complete the Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preferences into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any nutrition issues.

Your Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
