Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires periodic travel to project sites and to meet with clients, suppliers, and regulators.

You will develop quality plans, monitor compliance with industry standards, perform audits, and train field teams on SOLV’s SOPs and Sunscreen software. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or Journeyman certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy's Quality Management System, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits to ensure adherence to AHJ requirements and codes.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes used in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices, SOPs, SWIs, MOPs and reference guides.
