SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. You will develop quality plans, train field teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOLV SOPs.

This remote role requires travel to project sites, audits, and client meetings. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar quality management, ASQ/ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, and a strong background in electrical construction and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 training is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of PV projects in the region.
• Lead root cause analyses using 5-Why or 8D methodologies.
• Train and support field teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and prepare periodic management reports.
