SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest. This remote role requires regular site visits and client engagement, with travel as needed to support field teams and audits.

You will develop quality plans, perform audits, train teams, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement in line with SOLV Energy’s standards and regulations.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in quality management in solar/renewables.
• Bachelor’s in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman acceptable.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP desirable.
• Strong QA/QC methodologies knowledge.
• Knowledge of electrical construction and safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the region.
• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV QMS and SOPs.
• Conduct inspections and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and guides.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D).
• Maintain records and report findings to management/clients.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Utilize Sunscreen software for documentation and reporting.
