Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region and nationwide.

The role combines remote leadership with regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to ensure adherence to SOLV Energy standards and industry regulations. You will establish and improve quality plans, conduct audits, training, and RCA analyses, and mentor field teams in using SOLV’s Sunscreen software to document quality matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 and related certifications desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and safety; experience with QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and training of field teams.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods.
• Maintain documentation and report findings to management and clients.
• Travel regularly to project sites and liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulators.
