Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to train field teams and perform audits.

You’ll develop quality plans, oversee inspections, and drive improvements while ensuring SOLV Energy standards and compliance. Requirements include 5+ years in solar QA, relevant certifications, an engineering background, and strong communication and analytical skills with QA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management in the solar/renewable energy industry.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 or equivalent desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligning with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contracts.
• Oversee inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and AHJ requirements.
• Manage testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and systems used in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs/MOPs.
• Document findings and report results to management and clients.
• Conduct RCA and implement CAPAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
