Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with travel to project sites, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

You will implement quality plans, lead audits, train field teams, and ensure compliance with QMS and industry standards. The position requires 5+ years in quality management in solar or renewables, with desirable certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP, plus a engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications (ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001) desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy QMS and contracts.
• Maintain and improve quality systems to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality via inspections/audits for AHJ requirements and codes.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document inspections, audits and corrective actions; report to management.
• Perform frequent audits on documentation, installation methods and vendor performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (5-Why/8D) and implement CAPAs.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
