Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites to train field teams and perform audits and First Article Inspections.

Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulators to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will lead the development of quality plans, ensure compliance with code requirements, and drive continuous improvements in quality systems and processes across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman are also desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy's QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits to ensure AHJ, code compliance and identify improvements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices, SOPs, SWIs and reference guides.
