Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This is a remote role that requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, perform audits and first article inspections.

You will develop quality plans, maintain systems, monitor compliance with AHJ and installation instructions, and lead root-cause analyses and CAPAs while collaborating with project managers, engineers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, electrical construction and safety.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficient in QA software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy QMS and contract requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with standards and regulators.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits; identify improvement areas.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes.
• Train project teams on QA practices, SOPs, SWIs, MOPs and reference guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document findings and prepare regular quality reports for management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
