SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct First Article Inspections.

You will develop quality plans, maintain compliance with industry standards, and report findings to management and clients. Travel and training are core to this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; OSHA training desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to comply with standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits; identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
• Document findings and prepare regular management/client reports.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform root-cause analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPA actions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
