Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager who will oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires travel to project sites, training field teams, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead the development of quality plans, monitor inspections, and drive continuous improvement across projects. The position emphasizes root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with clients,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, electrical construction, and safety.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV's QMS and project contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Provide training on SOLV's SOPs and reference guides to field teams.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA based on RCA results.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address quality issues.
