Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest, performing training, audits and First Article Inspections.

You will lead QA programs, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry standards and SOLV SOPs. The position involves frequent client and regulator engagement and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management for solar/renewable energy industries.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits of PV projects in the region.
