Job summary

Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. is recruiting an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth in our Durham, NC market.

You will manage a defined PVF and industrial product territory, building strong relationships with mechanical and industrial customers through a disciplined sales process. You will lead promotions, deliver quotes, close orders, and provide continued post-sale support while coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Pipe, Valves, Fittings (PVF) and Industrial Supplies.
• At least 5 years of related experience or training; equivalent education considered.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM software; Solar Eclipse experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally about 70% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote the company’s PVF and industrial product lines to mechanical and industrial customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry, quoting, through close, delivery, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships and grow the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Procurement, Accounting, and Product Specialists to ensure customer success.
• Represent the company professionally in the Durham, NC market and surrounding areas.
