Job summary

Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the Tennessee market by managing and expanding an assigned territory and building strong customer relationships.

You will lead profitable promotion of PVF products, engage customers through a disciplined sales process from inquiry to close, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Procurement, and Product Specialists. Local and regional travel required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in Pipe, Valves and Fittings and Industrial Supplies.
• Education requirements include 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Adept with computers; experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is ideal; Solar Eclipse experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: profitable selling, marketing, and promoting the company’s products and services to customers.
• Customer Engagement: manage entire lifecycle from inquiry to close, delivery, and follow-up.
• Relationship Building: facilitate customer-focused training events and presentations.
• Operational Excellence: provide prompt responses and exceptional service for all sales orders and requirements.
• Internal Collaboration: collaborate with Inside Sales, Procurement, Accounting, and Product Specialists.
