Easter n Industrial Supplies, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the Tennessee market. You will manage and grow an assigned territory, building strong, profitable customer relationships.

The role requires proven sales experience in pipe, valves and fittings, ERP/CRM familiarity, and willingness to travel 70% locally and regionally. Training will occur at the Nashville branch, with relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in Pipe, Valves and Fittings and Industrial Supplies.
• ERP and CRM systems experience is ideal.
• Willingness to travel 70% locally and regionally for sales calls.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Profitable selling and promoting the company’s products and services to customers.
• Customer Engagement: Manage the lifecycle from inquiry to close, delivery, and follow-up.
• Relationship Building: Host technical classes, lunch meetings, and business presentations.
• Operational Excellence: Provide prompt responses and exceptional customer service for all sales orders.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales, Procurement, Accounting, and Product Specialists.
