Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in designated markets. You will service existing accounts, grow new business, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM data.

The role requires strong account management, presentation skills, and the ability to meet sales goals across CT, MA, and RI. A four-year degree and a valid vehicle are required, with travel to regional tradeshows and customer sites expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of law enforcement or emergency services sales experience.
• Four year degree or equivalent in Business Sales and Marketing.
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must live in MA, RI or CT.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning daily schedule.
• Adjust presentations to customer type and competition.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide accounts to appropriate products.
• Submit orders and reference part numbers per purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data to build pipeline and measure KPI performance.
• Monitor competition and pricing trends and report findings.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Develop relationships with vendor reps and build product knowledge.
• Attend regional tradeshows and training events to stay current.
