Zusammenfassung

Safariland in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the designated market. You will manage existing accounts and grow new ones, tailoring presentations to customer needs and guiding them to the right Safariland products.

You will leverage CRM daily to build a strong pipeline, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with the VP of Sales and regional leadership to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Territory management and pipeline development
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in law enforcement or emergency services sales preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines

Aufgaben

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning daily calls
• Tailor presentations to customer type and competitive environment
• Identify opportunities and guide accounts to appropriate products
• Submit orders referencing part numbers and purchasing guidelines
• Maintain CRM data and report activity and results
• Analyze marketplace data to improve pipeline and market penetration
• Attend regional trade shows and training events to maintain product knowledge
