Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales efforts with law enforcement and public safety agencies in designated NJ markets. You will manage existing accounts, grow new business, and guide the sales pipeline through CRM tools.

The role requires customer-focused leadership, a vehicle for travel, and a track record of meeting sales targets. You'll interact with vendor reps, attend regional events, and report to the VP of Sales or Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of law enforcement or emergency services sales experience.
• Four year degree or equivalent in Business Sales and Marketing.
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle and reside near NJ counties Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, or Warren.
• Ability to meet sales goals and generate and close sales.
• Proficient with PCs, MS Office and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning and organizing daily calls.
• Adjust sales presentations to customer type and competitive environment.
• Identify sales opportunities and request quotes from Customer Service.
• Submit orders to customer service using part numbers and guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor competition and gather market information.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Build relationships with vendor reps and stay informed on products.
• Attend regional events to maintain knowledge and expertise.
• Manage regional sales budget and report results to leadership.
