Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the designated market. The role involves servicing existing accounts, expanding the customer base, and guiding accounts to the appropriate product lines.

You will leverage CRM data to analyze markets, forecast revenue, and drive regional growth while maintaining strong vendor relationships and attending industry events. Based in Providence, RI with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of law enforcement or emergency services sales experience
• Four year degree or equivalent experience in Business Sales and Marketing
• Ability to present information to individuals or groups and to communicate effectively
• Must be able to meet sales goals and able to generate and close sales
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the customer type and competitive environment
• Identify sales opportunities and guide accounts to the correct product
• Submit orders to customer service by referring to part numbers and agency purchasing guidelines
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
• Leverage CRM daily to build and manage the sales pipeline and inform revenue guidance
• Monitor competition and gather marketplace information
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending regional tradeshows and training events
• Report to VP of Sales or Regional Sales Director and manage regional sales budget
