Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to focus on selling to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in designated NJ markets. You will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and drive revenue growth through CRM-driven pipeline management.

The role requires 2+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales, a four-year degree in Business/Sales, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Travel within the region and a clean background are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales.
• Experience meeting sales goals and closing deals.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and develop new ones within NJ.
• Call on law enforcement/public safety agencies; manage pipeline in CRM.
• Submit orders and coordinate with Customer Service for quotes.
• Monitor competition and adapt presentations to customers.
• Provide reports on activities, results, and KPI metrics.
