Job summary

Safariland seeks a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the designated NJ market. You will manage existing accounts, build new ones, and drive revenue by planning daily calls, product positioning, and quote requests.

In this role you will leverage CRM to grow the pipeline, monitor competitors, deliver timely responses, and report activity to leadership. A four-year degree and 2+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales are preferred,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Sales and Marketing.
• Must be able to meet sales goals and close sales.
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle and reside near specified NJ counties.
• Experience with CRM systems and product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily work schedule.
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying customer type and competitive environment.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide accounts to appropriate products; request quotes from Customer Service.
• Submit orders by referring to part numbers and agency purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data to build and manage the sales pipeline and inform revenue guidance.
• Monitor competition and gather marketplace information on pricing and products.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve complaints with solutions.
