Job summary

Safariland is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies within the designated market. The role emphasizes servicing existing accounts, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue through strategic planning and CRM-driven pipeline management.

The incumbent will analyze the marketplace, coordinate vendor demonstrations, and collaborate with management to achieve sales goals while maintaining high levels of product knowledge and customer

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and relationship building are essential.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Strong territory management and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in law enforcement or emergency services sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning daily calls.
• Adjust presentations based on customer type and competition.
• Identify opportunities and request quotes from Customer Service.
• Submit orders and follow agency purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data to build pipeline and measure KPI's.
