Job summary

Safariland seeks a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the designated market. The role focuses on existing accounts, new business, and pipeline management across MA, RI, and CT, maintaining relationships with vendors and driving revenue.

The candidate should have strong sales, territory management, and product knowledge, with willingness to travel, attend events, and meet aggressive goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of law enforcement or emergency services sales experience.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Business Sales and Marketing.
• Must have a record of stability with employment history.
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle and live in MA, RI or CT.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, call on customers, and establish new accounts.
• Adjust sales presentations for customer type and competition.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide accounts to appropriate products.
• Submit orders to customer service per part numbers and guidelines.
• Keep management informed with activity and results reports.
• Use CRM daily to build and manage the sales pipeline and KPI
• Analyze the marketplace using CRM data to improve market penetration.
• Monitor competition and pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Recommend product/service/policy changes based on data and intel.
• Maintain relationships with vendor reps and develop product knowledge.
• Attend regional tradeshows and training to stay current.
• Contribute to team by achieving related results.
