Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning daily calls.
• Adjust sales presentations to customer type and competitive environment.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide accounts to the correct product; obtain quotes.
• Submit orders referencing part numbers per agency guidelines.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
• Leverage CRM daily to build and manage the sales pipeline and KPI.
• Monitor competition and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
