Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to lead a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers, scaling revenue by partnering with healthcare providers and delivering nutrition-focused care across the Northeast region.

You will spend 3+ days in the field with reps, coaching provider meetings and ride-alongs, hiring and developing talent, and driving data-driven pipeline management in a fast-growing startup.

Competenze

• Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD.
• 1+ years of sales management experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching high-performing teams.
• Comfort with field-based leadership and field travel.
