Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth by partnering with healthcare providers. You will spend significant time in the field, coaching reps, conducting live meetings, and shaping strategy across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York.

The role emphasizes field presence, hiring and developing talent, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes through nutrition-focused care.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development.
• 1+ years of sales management experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Ability to hire, onboard, and coach high-performing salespeople.
• Willingness to spend the majority of time in-field with reps and in provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Provider Partnerships Managers to hit targets.
• Coach PPMs through live provider meetings and ride-alongs.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage pipeline reviews and account planning with the team.
• Foster a collaborative environment aligned with Nourish values.
