Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management seeks a Regional Supervisor to lead property operations across A-B Class assets. You will oversee managers, leasing and maintenance teams, ensuring financial soundness and asset preservation.

Travel between Texas and Florida is required to align on operations, compliance, and staff development. A proactive leader will drive budgets, marketing, and policy adherence while guiding teams through dynamic market conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• High Rise Experience Required.
• Knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
• Knowledge of property maintenance, property marketing, and financial aspects of property management.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to equal opportunity, hiring, training.
• Strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate and communicate property management policies and procedures.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervises, and develops supervised staff in line with company policies; conducts timely performance evaluations.
• Monitors property operations and recommends improvements to occupancy, rents, and schedules.
• Reviews property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas for policy compliance and approves exceptions.
• Oversees resolution of resident relation issues.
• Ensures invoices and financials are prepared by month end; monitors expenditures weekly.
• Manages renewal schedules and conformance with company policies on concessions.
• Inspects properties to maintain high standards and market readiness of vacant units.
• Assists in annual operating and capital budgets; monitors budget performance.
• Assists in developing and implementing property management training programs.
• Reviews and optimizes marketing plans for each property.
• Maintains system-wide travel between Texas and Florida to cover portfolio.
