Job summary

AG Living is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple multifamily properties. You will oversee property management, financial oversight, tenant relations, marketing and leasing, and regulatory compliance while directing onsite teams and coordinating with the Director of Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and a commitment to excellence in resident service. This position is based in Dallas, TX with on‑site responsibilities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience overseeing multifamily properties and operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
• Strong tenant relations, leasing, and risk management credentials.
• Proven leadership of onsite teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of local/state regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management across a portfolio of communities, driving performance.
• Coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost controls with stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance, make‑ready turns, and capital project oversight.
• Address tenant concerns and drive retention strategies and occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with marketing/ leasing to optimize occupancy and rents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across properties.
• Lead and develop community managers and onsite staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor vendor relations, invoices, and timely payments; report metrics to owners.
