Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio, supervising on-site staff and managing leasing, maintenance, finance and risk. You will ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines while driving operational excellence.

Experience in housing, budgeting, and leasing is essential; Bachelor’s degree preferred with CAM/ARM certification preferred. This role requires travel and leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio and supervise on-site staff.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor income/expenses.
• Plan marketing/leasing strategy and residency retention programs.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, vendor invoices and reporting.
• Travel 25-50% annually for property visits and conferences.
