Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration required.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple residential communities within the region.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor financial reports for cost control.
• Lead property management, leasing, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Accounting on reports and plans.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through marketing and pricing strategies.
• Supervise onsite teams and mentor staff to ensure performance.
