Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations in the region to ensure performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve business goals and development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to address tenant concerns promptly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for properties in the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices across properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance within budget.
