Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee housing communities nationwide. You will manage operations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management for a portfolio, providing strong leadership and strategic direction.

Travel is required to oversee sites and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role requires experience in housing management, strong staff development skills, and the ability to drive revenue and operating income through cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in housing management.
• CAM/ARM certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff using company directives.
• Ensure staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching and performance management.
• Document performance issues and coordinate with HR for appropriate action.
• Prepare salary increase requests for Community Manager and assist other team members.
• Monitor and report income/expenses; provide timely financial analysis.
• Ensure property compliance with policies and procedures; oversee risk management.

Formation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in housing management

CAM/ARM certification preferred

Fair Housing laws & OSHA knowledge
