Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC in Houston seeks a Regional Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a portfolio of A-B Class properties. You will supervise managers, leasing and maintenance teams, drive financial performance, and ensure operations comply with policies and laws.

You will hire and train staff, review budgets, set rent strategies, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with the Director of Operations and CEO to optimize property performance across Texas and Florida.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
High Rise Experience Required.
Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
Knowledge of property management, marketing, and financial aspects.
Knowledge of employment laws related to equal opportunity, hiring, training.
Strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills.
Ability to delegate and communicate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, supervise, and develop supervised staff in accordance with company policy.
Monitor and improve property operations; review occupancy status and rent schedules.
Audit property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas for policy compliance.
Oversee resolution of resident relations issues.
Ensure invoices and financials are prepared by month-end.
Manage expenditures and monitor income for the portfolio.
Oversee renewal schedules and concessions per policy.
Inspect properties to maintain asset condition and oversee maintenance.
Assist in budgets and monitor performance against plan.
Develop and implement property management training programs.
Review and optimize marketing plans for each property.
Travel systematically between Texas and Florida.
