Asset Living, a national property management firm, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations of a housing community portfolio. The role includes leasing, maintenance, financial oversight, and administrative governance.

As an offsite leader, you will supervise property teams, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines, and manage risk and financial reporting. Travel may be substantial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of property operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Manage staff performance and development; coach and counsel as needed; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts; monitor income and expenses.
• Provide monthly evaluations of variances and recommend improvements; oversee capital projects.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies; ensure resident retention and quality service.
• Travel 25–50% of work time for property visits, conferences, and training.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
