Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management. You will supervise onsite staff to ensure compliance, safety, and effective service delivery.

As an offsite leader, you will ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing guidelines, and liability controls while driving performance and growth across communities.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff using company directives.
• Ensure staff training effectiveness through coaching and HR-aligned guidance.
• Address performance problems with documentation and HR escalation as needed.
• Prepare salary increase requests for community staff and obtain approvals.
• Approve timesheets and verify vacation and sick time accurately.
• Promote harmony and high job performance while enforcing company policies.
• Ensure staff compliance with all policies and procedures.
