Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will manage staffing, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader you will supervise staff, develop annual budgets, lead leasing and marketing efforts, handle resident relations, and coordinate maintenance and emergency responses while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure safety, fair housing compliance, and liability management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies; conduct tours and show units.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property condition.
