Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise the full operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, strategic leasing, marketing planning, and resident relations to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction. Regular on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• On-site software familiarity and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and leasing/marketing plans.
• Lead emergency response and maintain high resident satisfaction.
