Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across a housing community portfolio. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget development, and performance optimization, requiring strong communication with HR and senior leadership to drive safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction across communities.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff according to company directives.
• Ensure effectiveness of staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.
• Deal effectively and consistently with performance problems; document adequately, communicate with direct supervisor and HR, and terminate appropriately when necessary.
• Prepare requests for salary increases for Community Manager and assist with other team members; sign off on all requests from the site.
• Approve all timesheets and ensure hours, vacation, and sick time are correctly recorded with signatures available.
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership.
