Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and fair housing standards.

As the on-site leader, you will drive resident satisfaction, mentor staff, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet financial and operational goals. This role requires strong customer service and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• On-site staff management and coaching experience.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and on-site staff performance.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Develop annual operating budgets and business plans.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices for timely processing.
• Implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
