Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will develop annual budgets, marketing plans, supervise leasing activities, and deliver exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency team for the property and respond to emergencies.
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct regular inspections.
