Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing portfolio nationwide. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. The role requires offsite leadership and travel up to 50% of the year.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree (CAM/ARM preferred) and strong budgeting, forecasting, and leasing management skills to drive exceptional performance across communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio and supervise on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts; monitor income/expenses against budget.
• Lead strategic leasing, marketing plans, and lease signings; ensure resident retention.
• Manage administrative and maintenance activities; ensure timely reporting and service response.
• Travel 25–50% of time for property visits, conferences, and trainings.
