Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of housing communities. You will manage all operations, ensure compliance with fair housing and funding requirements, and drive financial performance.

This role requires leadership across leasing, maintenance, and administration, with significant travel to sites. Experience in affordable housing, LIHTC, and CAM/ARM certification is preferred, along with strong people management skills and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience required or preferred.
• Prior Regional Manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and LIHTC/Section 8 policies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly financial reports to leadership.
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, training, coaching, and development.
• Monitor leasing performance, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Travel 25–50% of time as needed for property visits and meetings.
