Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of housing communities in the Dallas area, guiding operations across leasing, maintenance, and financial performance. You will lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and collaborate with leadership to optimize NOI and resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of housing industry experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to manage onsite software functions.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Track staff performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Prepare salary increase requests and coordinate with HR.
• Approve timesheets and monitor vacation and sick time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor variances.
• Monitor contracts, vendor invoices, and capital improvements.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
