Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention strategies in a fast‑growing portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience

CAM/ARM preferred
