Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior Regional Manager experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Oversee LIHTC and/or Section 8 policies and procedures.
• Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Lead on-site staff development and performance.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
