Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management.

As on-site leader, ensure compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing, while driving resident satisfaction, marketing, and timely reporting. This is a full-time role at a growing company with strong teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff.
• Manage budgeting, leasing, maintenance and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing.
• Monitor leasing, marketing plans and resident retention.
• Head emergency team and respond to property emergencies.
• Maintain timely and accurate administrative and leasing reporting.
