Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of housing communities. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management as an offsite leader ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strategic leadership, staff development, and strong budgeting and vendor management skills to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction. Travel is involved to support sites and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on‑site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff using consistent techniques and company directives.
• Ensure staff effectiveness through ongoing training and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.
• Address performance problems promptly; document and coordinate with HR and leadership as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and lease/financial activities for the portfolio.
• Promote safety, policy adherence, and fair housing compliance across sites.
• Plan for and supervise routine property inspections and maintenance to protect assets.
