Qualifications

• 5–10 years property management experience required.
• 3–5 years direct management experience required.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting and general ledger concepts.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties and drive resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rental collections and delinquency controls.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring and performance management for associates.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to attract/retain residents.
• Prepare budgets, P&L statements and owner reports.
