Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a regional manager to oversee the operations of several properties, ensuring efficient operations, vendor management, lease administration, budgeting, and resident satisfaction in coordination with the property leadership team.

The role requires ownership-level responsibilities for resident lifecycle activities, strong leadership, and experience with property management software (Yardi). Travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of property management experience.
• 3–5 years of direct management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system is required.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting and GLs is required.
• Ownership-level responsibilities of resident lifecycle activities are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties, including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection and delinquency control.
• Direct property P&L and annual budget, GLs and owner reporting.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring and performance management of associates.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with the Avenue5 marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreements and housing laws.
