Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and financial performance. The role includes lease administration, budgeting, vendor management, and staff leadership in collaboration with the property leadership team.

You will drive occupancy, oversee maintenance and safety, and coordinate with corporate to align with company standards. Strong financial acumen and people leadership are key.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manages lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management.
• Prepares monthly reports for property owners and leadership.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of staff.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Manages annual property budget, GLs, and financial statements.
